About Our Agreement

These terms form a legally binding agreement between aung999 and every player who accesses the platform.   • Both deposits and withdrawals must be made from the player's own account. Transactions by third parties will be rejected.
  • To process a withdrawal, KYC verification must be completed and the wagering requirement must be met.
  • If financial fraud is suspected, aung999 will temporarily hold the withdrawal and conduct an investigation.
  • Any player who initiates a chargeback will have their account closed immediately.

Bonuses and Promotions

Welcome Bonus Terms

aung999 offers a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks. The following terms apply when claiming this bonus —

  • The bonus amount must meet a 20x wagering requirement before it can be withdrawn.
  • Players must wager the bonus amount only — this does not apply to the deposited amount.
  • If wagering requirements are not met within 30 days of claiming a bonus, the bonus amount will be forfeited.

Example — If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 40,000 Ks bonus and your account balance becomes 60,000 Ks. Wagering requirement = 40,000 Ks × 20 = you must wager 800,000 Ks. If you deposit 220,000 Ks, you receive the maximum bonus of 200,000 Ks and Wagering = 200,000 Ks × 20 = you must wager 4,000,000 Ks.

Bonus General Policy

  • Each player may claim the welcome bonus once only.
  • The games eligible for bonus play and their contribution rates are set by aung999 and may be changed at any time.
  • If any abuse of a promotion is found, the claimed bonus and any related funds will be forfeited.

Game Rules and Fairness

Gaming Policy

Games offered on the aung999 platform — Slots, Live Casino, Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Shan Koe Mee, 2D/3D, Crash Game, football Sportsbook and Sic Bo — are designed using a Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealers to give all players an equal chance to play.

  • Players are strictly prohibited from exploiting any platform bugs during play.
  • If any bet is voided and re-settled due to a system issue (not to protect the player from an unfavourable outcome), aung999's decision is final.
  • If error odds are found in a football Sportsbook match, the relevant bet will be voided.

  • Renting out or granting access to your account to a third party.
  • Attempting to claim the welcome bonus more than once (multi-accounting).
  • Any attempt to harm the platform through hacking, DDoS or any other form of attack.
  • Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or attempting to obtain refunds through deception.

Account Suspension / Closure

aung999's Right to Close Accounts

aung999 reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account without prior notice in the following circumstances —

  • A breach of these terms and conditions is found.
  • The player refuses or fails to submit documents required for KYC verification on time.
  • Money laundering is suspected or the account is involved in a legal investigation.
  • An attempt to claim bonus funds fraudulently is found.

Limitation of Liability

  • Gaming losses resulting from the player's own decisions.

  • Cases where the player has personally granted a third party access to their account.

Terms Changes
